Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and including all cables, antennas, and accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process To start a return, contact us at service@kalmixtech.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. 

  • Note: Customers are responsible for the international shipping costs to our warehouse in China for non-defective returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Technical Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the GNSS terminal is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. For technical performance issues, our engineers will provide a preliminary remote diagnosis before approving the return to ensure the device is functioning as intended.

Non-returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or customized bulk orders.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns of non-defective items that have been opened or used may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
