At Kalmix, we are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience. We utilize specialized international logistics lines to ensure your GNSS equipment arrives safely and without customs hassles.
1. Free Shipping & All Duties Included (DDP) We offer Complimentary Priority Shipping on all orders to the United States.
- All-Inclusive Pricing: The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
- No Customs Hassle: We handle all customs clearance procedures and cover all import duties and taxes. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
- Note: Before dispatch, every GNSS terminal undergoes a final quality check and firmware verification.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
3. Delivery Estimates We use premium air freight partners to transport your order.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7 - 15 business days (depending on destination state).
- Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays due to flight schedules or local carrier operations are beyond our control.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Tracking Updates: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive the notification.
- Last-Mile Delivery: In the United States, the final delivery is typically handled by USPS or a local courier partner.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Physical Address Required: To ensure secure delivery, we recommend providing a physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
- Phone Number Required: A valid phone number is mandatory for shipping coordination.
6. Damages & Issues Kalmix is liable for any damages or loss before the package is successfully delivered to you. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at service@kalmixtech.com with photos of the damaged goods and packaging.
