SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions, including GNSS receiver specifications and antenna performance. However:

  • Appearance: Colors or product appearance may differ slightly from images due to device settings.
  • Performance: GNSS accuracy (e.g., centimeter-level RTK) is subject to environmental factors, satellite availability, and proper configuration. We do not warrant that the products will achieve specific performance metrics in all environments.
  • Changes: We reserve the right to discontinue any product or change technical specifications at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND USAGE LIMITATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until confirmed by us.

  • Usage: You represent that your purchases are for your own personal use, household use, or internal research and development purposes.
  • Resale: Commercial resale or unauthorized export without our prior written consent is prohibited.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, BILLING AND TAXES

Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of import duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP). This means we handle the customs clearance process and pay the applicable import fees for shipments to the United States. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processing. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including logos, firmware (where applicable), and product designs, are owned by Shanghai IOTARS Co., Ltd. and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce or create derivative works of our hardware or software without prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES AND EXPORT CONTROL

In addition to standard prohibited uses, you agree:

  • Export Compliance: You will not export or re-export Kalmix products to any country or entity subject to U.S. or international trade sanctions or embargos.
  • No Critical Use: You will not use Kalmix GNSS terminals in applications where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage (e.g., autonomous vehicle steering on public roads without human oversight).
  • No Reverse Engineering: You shall not attempt to reverse engineer the firmware or proprietary hardware architecture of Kalmix products.

SECTION 8 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS'. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GNSS SIGNAL OR SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. RELIANCE ON THE ACCURACY OF POSITIONING DATA IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

SECTION 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, SHANGHAI IOTARS CO., LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR GNSS TERMINALS.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is headquartered (Shanghai, China), without regard to conflict of law principles.
