The SCOUT Series receiver uses a compact 67.0 × 67.0 × 22.2 mm enclosure with an integrated 3 m USB‑C cable. The square housing balances antenna volume with a compact footprint for direct installation on machines.

Use the dimensions, tolerance values, mounting notes, and CAD files below when designing flush-fit brackets, recessed mounts, or custom enclosures. Unless otherwise stated, all dimensions are in millimeters (mm).

Dimensional tolerance note

Allow for the ± 0.5 mm housing tolerance when designing flush-fit brackets or recessed enclosures.

Additional installation notes for cable routing, connector retention, and adhesive mounting.

  • Integrated cable: The flexible integrated cable is suitable for routing inside machine enclosures and robotic chassis.
  • Connector retention: The Type‑C connection is intended to remain secure under normal platform vibration. Confirm the final cable-routing path before closing the enclosure.
  • Mounting interface: The bottom surface uses a NITTO 5000NS double-coated adhesive pad. Clean, degrease, and dry the target mounting surface before installation.
