Product scope
GUIDE is designed for hardware teams integrating centimeter-level GNSS positioning directly onto a custom carrier board. The module combines the GNSS receiver platform and RF interface in a compact LCC package, while leaving antenna selection, power design, host communication, and mechanical integration under the control of the system designer.
Two module variants are available. K35C provides dual-band RTK positioning for systems that primarily operate with usable satellite visibility. K35E adds a 6-axis ST LSM6DSR IMU and dead-reckoning support for moving platforms that encounter short GNSS degradations.
Choose GUIDE when the GNSS hardware must be integrated directly into your own PCB design. For an enclosed receiver with an integrated antenna, cable, and host-ready interface, review the SCOUT PRO receiver .
Engineering characteristics
The following characteristics define the module-level design decisions relevant to PCB integration and receiver selection.
Compact 24-pin LCC package
The 12.2 × 16.0 × 2.5 mm surface-mount package is designed for direct carrier-board integration in space-constrained systems.
Multi-constellation L1/L5 tracking
The 135-channel receiver engine supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS across L1 and L5 frequency bands.
12 nm low-power architecture
Active tracking current starts from approximately 24 mA, supporting battery-powered equipment and power-constrained embedded systems.
NMEA output and RTCM input
Standard NMEA 0183 output and RTCM v3.x correction-data input support host integration and RTK workflows.
Active interference cancellation
Built-in AIC capability mitigates up to 12 continuous-wave interference sources from nearby onboard electronics.
Dead-reckoning variant
K35E adds an ST LSM6DSR 6-axis IMU and supports inertial measurements and wheel-tick input for short-duration GNSS-degraded intervals.

Frequently asked questions
What is GUIDE?
GUIDE is an embedded L1/L5 RTK GNSS module series for OEM carrier-board designs. It combines a 135-channel GNSS receiver engine, NMEA output, RTCM correction input, and module-level integration interfaces in a compact 24-pin LCC package.
What is the difference between GUIDE K35C and K35E?
K35C is the Standard RTK version for systems that primarily operate with usable GNSS visibility. K35E adds an ST LSM6DSR 6-axis IMU, dead-reckoning support, and a 10 Hz navigation update rate for moving platforms operating through short GNSS degradations.
What GNSS signals does GUIDE track?
GUIDE tracks GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS signals across L1 and L5 frequency bands using a 135-channel receiver engine.
Does GUIDE include a GNSS antenna?
No. GUIDE is a surface-mount GNSS module intended for custom PCB integration. The system designer must select the antenna, design the RF path, and complete the carrier-board layout.
What correction data does GUIDE accept?
GUIDE accepts RTCM v3.x correction data for RTK positioning workflows. The host system typically receives correction data from an NTRIP client or another correction-data source and forwards the stream to the module.
When should I use GUIDE instead of SCOUT?
Use GUIDE when the GNSS receiver must be integrated directly onto your carrier board. Use the SCOUT Series when the project benefits from an enclosed receiver with an integrated antenna, mounting surface, cable, and host-ready interface.
Where can I find package drawings and interface definitions?
Review Pin Definitions & Interfaces for signal definitions and Mechanical & Dimensions for package drawings and footprint references.
